초록

The traditional Hanlaw(漢法) around the Yuan Dynasty(元朝) didn't became permanent in the King Chung Yeol's days(忠烈王). The tradition of Goryeo was adhered in form which the custom or habit of the region was respected. The king of Goryeo after the King Chung Seon operated a political situation, tolerating the relationship with the Yuan. The king Chung Seon(忠宣王) interchanged MuJong(武宗) which considered seriously a nomadic order and InHong which had Hanlegal propensity. He restored the three-Gyeon-law which imitated the three-capital-law(三都制) of MuJong's days and organized GaeGyeon which similar to Great capital of Yuan.
The king Chung Swuk's days(忠肅王) was considered seriously the custom or habit of the region, criticizing the political line of the king Chung Seon. The most nomadic influence in the Yuan absorbed in the centers of Yuan and was a tendency where the custom or habit of the region was emphasized. Also the view of the royal palace in the period of the king Chung Swuk and Chung Hye(忠惠王) was remarkable nomadic architectural style.
The role of JeongJeon(正殿: the palace where received foreign envoys) at the time of the king Chung Yeol and Chung Seon was reduced, ChimJeon(寢殿) and Pyunheon(便殿) acted as a proxy. The royal palace at the time of the king Chung Swuk and Chung Hye advocated salvation and then again was restored to the duality system. From the king Chung Mok, NaeJeon(內殿: the palace where the queen dwells) was considered important. BoPyungCheong(報評廳) after the king Gong Min appeared as PyunJeon. PyungJeon where sat on the border of NaeJeon and WayJeon(外殿: the palace where was arranged in front at the royal palace and the king discussed the affairs of a nation together vassal) accepted the role of WayJeon.
As mentioned above, the institution, the capital area's reorganization and the operation system for the royal palace of Yuan had a effect on inside and outside change of GaeGyeon, the capital of Goryeo, in the interference period of the Yuan Dynasty. Under the system of the Great Mongγol Ulus, the landscape of GaeGyeon which was mixed factor of Yuan and Goryeo was served as a distorted momentum.
