『竹取物語』에서『源氏物語』로 - 모노가타리 논리를 중심으로 - (From Taketori-monogatari to Genji-monogatari - Focussing on the Logic of Narratives -)

초록

本稿は、結婚を拒否するかぐや姫のイメージ解体を試みた。『源氏物語』の女性に投影されているかぐや姫の理想的なイメージは王朝社会での男性論理を強化し、女性の現実を隠蔽するからである。 そのために、まず既存研究を検証し、その成果と限界を明らかにした。その上で、『源氏物語』の『竹取物語』引用の用例を分析し、イメージと物語としての竹取を引用する差異を確認した。 さらに 「物語の出で來はじめの親」竹取物語が言及される絵合巻での引用論理を、物語の展開を中心に分析した。その結果、「古めかし」は「今めかし」 と共鳴し、「古」と「今」をつなぐ、現実重視の論理を呼び起こしていることを鮮明にした。したがって、絵合巻での引用が「物語の出で來はじめの親」竹取物語の評価を媒介に現実を重視する物語論理、『源氏物語』の物語論、そして作家紫式部の文学論とも共鳴していることを確認した。 最終的に、蓬生巻の引用に注目し、末摘花の古風が光源氏の庇護を牽引することを追跡した。特に、紙屋紙を中心に末摘花の古風が理想と現実との不調和を媒介に光源氏の矛盾、さらにかぐや姫のイメージを転覆していることを確認した。物語論理を中心に『源氏物語』の『竹取物語』引用の深層を考察した本稿の意義は大きい。

영어초록

This study attempts to disambiguate the motif of marriage refusal which is proposed as an ideal image of women inside Kaguyahime. The image of Kaguyahime refusing the offers of marriage has been projected on female characters in Genji-monogatari, strengthening the male privilege and concealing the marital reality of women in the dynastic period. First, the study confirms a resonance between the monogatari logic, the monogatari theory of Genji, and the author Murasaki Sikibu’s literary ideas, through an examination of limitations in past work on images and analyses of actual examples of Taketori-monogatari used inside Genji-monogatari. Specifically, focussing on how Taketori-monogatari was quoted inside the Genji-monogatari text, the article analyses differences in image citation and monogatari citation. Second, through an emphasis on the flow of monogatari, the study examines and further analyses how quotation is used in the chapter Eawase, which states Taketori- monogatari as the progenitor of all monogatari works. The antique manner resonates with the contemporary, connecting the past (古 huru) and present (今 ima) to express the significance of the reality.
Finally, through Genji-monogatari’s remark of Taketori-monogatari, this study identifies the meanings of the antique manner of Suetsumuhana, which is mainly portrayed in the chapter Yomogihu. Specifically focussing on the use of Ganyagami, this study traces the antique manner of Suetsumuhana, Hikaru’s derision and contradiction, and the aspect of how these two subvert the image of Kaguyahime. Overall, the article provides significant in-depth research on quotations of Taketori- monogatari inside Genji-monogatari.
