초록

This study is a case study in which practicum of Korean language education wasconducted using Zoom at A Cyber University to cultivate real-time onlineteaching and learning skills for prospective Korean language teachers. In thisstudy, first of all, a procedure for online classroom observation and microteachingin practicum of Korean language education was developed, and next, the resultsof a survey on students and instructors in practicum of Korean languageeducation were analyzed. The results are as follows. First, as for the method ofobserving the classroom, most of the respondents said that both video observingand real-time online observing were beneficial, but many students responded thatvideo observing was more beneficial. Considering this, we think it will be morebeneficial for prospective Korean teachers to experience various forms and levelsof classes by observing pre-recorded and real-time classes, offline and onlineclasses, beginner, intermediate, and advanced classes. Second, thoroughpreparation is required in advance for the microteaching to be conducted inreal-time interactive directions. Producing and distributing videos and PPTsamples that can check the condition and method of equipment in advance isessential for smooth progress. Third, real-time online classroom observation andmicroteaching should be actively dealt with in practicum of Korean languageeducation.
