<雙花店>의 구조를 통해 본 性的욕망과 그 의미 (Sexual desire and its meaning showed through structure of )

초록

<쌍화점>은 남녀상열의 외설적인 내용의 노래라고 평가된 작품이다. 더욱이 『고려사』에 이 작품과 관련한 기록문과 제2연의 일부와 동일한 <삼장>이 수록되어 있다. 또 이 작품은 총 4개 연으로 되어 있으나 장소와 인물만 다를 뿐 각 연의 내용이 동일하다. 따라서 기존의 논의는 각 연이 동일한 구조로 되어 있어 전체적인 짜임새로 볼 수 없다고 하였다.
본고는 <쌍화점>이 표면적으로는 동일한 구조이지만 심층적인 면에서 연이 바뀔때마다 그 의미가 다르게 해석될 수 있음을 주목하였다. 이를 각 연의 行별로 의미를 분석하면서 <쌍화점>의 전체적인 구조와 성적 욕망의 의미를 고찰하였다.
먼저 개별 연에서는 행에 담긴 내용이 시적화자와 제2의 여인들 간의 대화라기보다는 시적화자와 목격자간의 대화로 보아 그것의 의미를 살폈다. 이를 통해 작중 인물들의 은밀한 성적 욕망장소는 오히려 공개적인 장소임을 알 수 있었다.
<쌍화점>의 전체적 구조에서는 각 연에서 발화하는 시적화자를 동일한 인물로볼 경우 각 연마다 연출되는 상황이 다르게 나타났다. 또한 화자만이 은밀한 관계를 유지한다고 여겼으나 목격자의 진술로 화자 자신뿐만 아니라 각 연의 장소에서 다른 사람들에게 이미 알려져 있는 사실로 나타난다. 그리고 연이 바뀌면서 그 일은 점차 시적 화자의 주도로 시행되고, 목격자는 사실을 확인해주는 역할을 한다. 이로써 화자의 의도대로 성적 욕망의 확산과 기대가 他者에게 전달된다.
이처럼 <쌍화점>에서 보여준 시적화자의 일탈행위는 인간의 성적 욕망을 대변할뿐만 아니라 당대 민중들에게 새로운 사실의 認知를 통해 성적 욕망의 확산과 기대를 갖게 함을 알 수 있다.

영어초록

<Ssanghwajeom> is the work that is evaluated as the obscene song. Additionally, Goryeosa includes the document related to this work and <Samjang> equal to the parts of second stanza of this work. Although <Ssanghwajeom> has the total 4-stanza, each stanza is identical in terms of content except for the places and characters. Therefore, this work has not been well-structured in the existing argument because it has the identical structures. However, I focused on what the meanings of each stanza can be interpreted differently in depth, whilst they have identical structure superficially. I analyzed the meanings according to each line of each stanza and abstracted the structure of <Ssanghwajeom> from the whole stanza. And I also investigated the meaning of the sexual desire included in this work.
I examined the meaning of the work not by interpreting the line of each stanza as the conversation between a poetic narrator and the second woman but by doing it as the conversation between as a poetic narrator and witnesses. Though this interpretation, I can find that the place, considered as secret and sexual desire of the characters, is an open place.
In the overall structure of this work, if each narrator of each stanza isn't different but identical, the situations showing in each stanza are also different. Though it has been thought that a narrator is the only person keeping the sexual relationship so far, the fact that all of the people have sex was revealed through the witness's statement. Then sexual relationships are occurred, which was led by narrator, according to change stanza and witnesses played the roles identifying the fact. Thereby I could find that the expansion and expectation of sexual desire was transferred to other people as the narrator intended.
The deviation of narrator showing in <Ssanghwajeom> not only represents the sexual desire of people of the age but also has the wary meaning about the sexual desire or the recognition of the new fact to the people.
