여대생 발레리나의 슬관절과 족관절의 근기능 평가 및 진단 증례연구 (Applied Case Study on Evaluations and Diagnosis of Isokinetic Muscle Function in Elite Collegiate Ballerina)

초록

The purpose of this study was to investigate and evaluate isokinetic muscle function around knee and ankle, bilateral(right and left) muscle imbalance and Ipsilateral(plantarflexors and dorsiflexors) muscle imbalance in knee and ankle joint in elite collegiate ballerina. The subjects of this study were participated and tested by means of Humac Norm system(CSMI Medical). Isokinetic muscle function of their knee joint and ankle joint were measured at angular velocity of 60°/sec & 180°/sec and 30°/sec, respectively. The valuables of isokinetic muscle were obtained during each test. For a knee joint, most of subjects showed relatively muscle imbalance in the extensors and flexors, respectively, but good muscle balance was found in extensors of bilateral muscle strength. For an ankle joint, most of subjects showed relatively muscle imbalance in the plantarflexors and dorsiflexors, respectively, but good muscle balance showed relatively in bilateral muscle strength. Therefore some severe muscle imbalance was found in most of ballerina of this study in bilateral muscle and Ipsilateral muscle of knee and ankle joint. It suggests that most subjects in this study could lead to position imbalance and further potentials for injury during practice and competitions. Taken together, ballerina who are participating in competitions need to prescribe appropriate training programs and have strength training for muscle balance
