초록

This study was attempted to demonstrate the effects of the aroma therapy massage education program on HRV in elderly women over 60 years old residing in welfare centers. First, in the covariance analysis conducted to examine the effect of massage education program on the SDNN of HRV, while the adjusted mean of the control group on the SDNN was 21.01, the adjusted mean of the experiment group was 30.17, which suggested the alleviation of SDNN. Second, the effects of the massage education program on HRV were analyzed. For TP, the adjusted mean of the control group on TP was 5.20, the adjusted mean of the experiment group was 6.12, which suggested the alleviation of TP. For LF, the adjusted mean of the control group on LF was 4.37, the adjusted mean of the experiment group was 4.97, which suggested the alleviation of LF. Also for HF, the adjusted mean of the control group on HF was 4.39, the adjusted mean of the experiment group was 5.10, which suggested the alleviation of HF. In conclusion, this study demonstrated that 6-week skin care education program had effects on HRV in women elderly.
