‘한일체제’와 가지무라 히데키－그 현실인식과 초극의 비전－ (‘Japan-ROK Regime’ and Hideki Kajimura －His Vision of Reforming Contemporary World－)

초록

本稿は、戦後日本の朝鮮史研究におけるパイオニアの一人であり、社会運 動家としても知られる梶村秀樹の思想の一端を、彼の日韓会談反対闘争(日 韓闘争)への取り組み、および日韓条約締結を契機に成立した「日韓体制」へ の視座をみることで明らかにするものである。「日韓体制」とは、日本政府·財 界が「経済協力」の名目のもと韓国経済に介入する一方で、大韓民国政府は 経済成長を優先して民衆の声を封じこめる、そうした体制をさすが、ここでは、 梶村の「日韓体制」論に焦点をあて、その方法および思想構造を明らかにしな がら、それが現実の変化とともにどう変化·深化していったかという点について考 察する。本稿は、先行研究が論じていない朝鮮統一観の変化という点に注目 し、それを梶村の「日韓体制」論と関連づけて論じる。梶村の目的は「日韓体 制」分析を通して日本人のあり方、「民族的責任」を追及することにあったが、そ れはこの点と切り離せない。それを証明するため本稿では、いくつかの概念をめ ぐる梶村の思索を検討する。 はじめに(Ⅰ章)先行研究との関係において本稿を位置づけ、問題関心の所 在を示したのち、Ⅱ章では、同時代日韓の政治経済構造に関する梶村の分 析を概観する。梶村は「構造的把握」という方法を重視した。ここでは梶村のナ ショナリズム論を分析し、その特徴を明らかにする。その作業のなかで彼が民族·階級·大衆(民衆)といった概念をいかに連関させているかを考察する。 Ⅲ章では、それらの概念についての梶村のとらえ方が変化していく様相をみる ことで、その視座の深化をとらえる。梶村は同時代の韓国民衆が苦闘する姿を 直視しながら、「人間存在そのものから発想する視角」から、より弾力的かつ骨 太の民衆観を練り上げていった。また梶村がこうした民衆の苦闘に第三世界民 衆と通じあう価値観を創出する可能性をみていたということも明らかにする。 Ⅳ章では、梶村のいう「日本人の責任」という視角は、そうした第三世界の民 衆についての認識にもとづいていたことを明らかにする。 最後に(Ⅴ章)、こうした梶村の思想がわれわれのあり方にどのような問いを投 げかけているのかについて考察しようと思う。

영어초록

This paper examines the thought of Hideki Kajimura who is known as one of the most prominent authors of Korean history and activists in post war period Japan by seeing his approach to the protest movement against Japan-ROK treaty and his criticism to ‘Japan-ROK regime’ that was formed from the time the treaty was concluded. ‘Japan-ROK regime’ can be defined that Japanese government and economic community intervene in South Korean politics and its economic markets, on the other hand South Korean government give priority to economic growth over the rights of lives of working people in South Korea. I focus here on Kajimura’s discussion on ‘Japan-ROK regime’ and clear up the structure of his thought itself and how his thought developed with the change of actual world. I especially focus on the thesis of Korean unification that has not examined enough in the previous studies about Kajimura’s thought. By clarifying Kajimura’s intention to change the Japanese way of being and his inquiry upon the ‘responsibility to Korea as Japanese nationals’, I clarify that such intention or inquiry cannot be separated from his vision of Korean unification. To prove these hypotheses, I examine how he links several concepts such as nationalism, people, and ‘Japanese responsibility’.
In chapterⅠ, first I overview Kajimura’s analysis on the contemporary Japanese-South Korean political and economic relational structure. Kajimura gives importance to the way ‘structural understanding’. I investigate his understanding of nationalism to realize what ‘structural understanding’ is meant. The concepts such as nation, class, people are related to understanding of nationalism. And his vision of Korean unification can be clarified with relation to his understanding of nationalism.
In chapterⅡ, seeing the change of Kajimura’s way to treat these concepts, I see how his vision has changed and deepened. Kajimura, facing to contemporary Korean people’s struggle, works up his vision of Korean unification and the way to see Korean people from ‘the point of view of humanity as itself’. And I see that Kajimura links Korean people’s struggle to that of the people in the Third World.
In chapterⅢ, I make it clear that Kajimura’s way of thinking about ‘Japanese responsibility’ is based on his vision to Korean people as one of the typical beings in the Third World who are in hardships caused by world capitalism.
At the end, I consider Kajimura’s thought may still throw the question how we should live now in this contemporary world.
