오정색과 십간색에 관한 연구 -흑색(黑色)ž자색(紫色)ž류황(騮黃)ž암색(黯色)ž불색(黻色)을 중심으로- (A study on five primary(Obang-Saek) and ten secondary colors -Focused on black, ja, ryuhwang, am and gray-)

초록

본 연구는 전통색 중 오정색(五正色)과 십간색(十間色)을 중심으로 한 연구로 세 차례의 선행연구에 이은 4 차 연구이다.
선행연구의 내용은 전통색의 의미론적 근간인 음양오행(陰陽五行), 방색(方色), 상생(相生), 상극(相剋)의 개념 속에 가려져 있던 색채적인 특성과 구조를 파악하고 이수신편(理藪新編)과 규합총서(閨閤叢書)를 기초한‘한국의 전통색’에서 제시된 정색 다섯 색, 간색 열색과 색명을 문헌, 선행연구, 자료와 비교 연구하였다. 결과로 전통색의 개념을 새롭게 정리하여정간색도(正間色圖)로 제시하였다. 정간색도의 수직의 중심축인 정색 적색(赤色), 황색(黃色), 청색(靑色)과 간색 훈색(鑂色), 녹색(綠色), 정색(靘色)을 문헌, 선행연구를 통해 비교 연구하여 빨강(red), 주황(orange), 노랑(yellow), 초록(green), 파랑(blue), 보라(violet)등 가시광선 스펙트럼과 일치함을 밝힐 수 있었다. 무채색 백색은 유채색 적색, 황색, 청색과 홍색(紅色), 규색(硅色), 벽색(碧色)의 간색, 흑색은 같은 방법으로 자색(紫色), 류황(騮黃), 암색(黯色), 무채색 백색(白色)과 간색 불색(黻色)으로 정간색도의 수평축을 형성하여 채도와 명도의 변화를 통해 색의 확장이 이루어짐을 알수 있었다. 본 연구는 흑색과 간색 자색, 류황, 암색, 불색(黻色)의 색과 색명을 문헌, 선행연구, 자료와 비교 연구하였다.
연구결과로 고전에 근거한 정색과 간색의 관계를 다시 규명하고, 색명을 검증하였으며, 전통색은 기존의 측색, 문자적 해석, 정량ž정성 조사를 통한 연구방법으로는 진정한 의미를 파악하기 어려우며, 각각의 색을 따로 떼어 연구하는 방법으로는 전체적 구조를 이해할 수 없음을 밝힐 수 있었다. 또한 기존의 전통색의 색명은 시대, 지역, 저자에 따라 가장 보편적으로 부여되었으며, 따라서 현대에 보편타당성이 담보할 수 없으며 전통색의 계승과 발전을 위하여 이에 대한 향후연구가필요함은 강조되어야 한다.

영어초록

This study is the fourth study followed advanced research on traditional colors of five primary color(五 正色) and ten secondary color(十間色) with a focus on the study. The contents of the preceding study semantic foundation of the traditional color of Yin-Yang and Five Primary Substance Ideology(陰陽五 行), Bangsaek(方色), Win(相生), Sanggeuk (相剋) identify the color characteristics and the structure was shrouded in concepts and Yisusinpyun(理藪新編) and Gyuhapchongsu(閨閤叢書) presented in a color intensity-based 'traditional colors of Korea, five colors, with color names ten colors sampling of the literature, previous studies, data and research were compared. Organize a new concept of traditional color to the results presented in Jeonggansaekdo(正間色圖). A vertical central axis of the red color intensity of the color red(赤色), yellow(黃色), blue(靑色) and hunsaek(鑂色), green(綠色), jungsaek(靘 色) a document, compared with a previous study Red and Research red, orange, yellow, green, blue, violet said that such consistent and visible light spectrum. Achromatic white is colored red, yellow, blue and red color(紅色), gyusaek(硅色), byeoksaek(碧色), purple and jasaek(紫色), ryuhwang(騮黃), am(黯色), with white-bulsaek(黻色) to form a horizontal axis of the color it was found to expansion of the color by changing the color saturation and brightness. This is comparative study of black, purple, ryuhwang, dark, color and bulsaek with advanced researches and literature researches. Results, re- examine the relationship between five primary color and ten secondary color based on literature research.
Traditional color can not fathom the true meaning through literature research and methods as colorimetry, literal interpretation, quantitative, qualitative research, and determined that it is hard to understand overall structure of traditional color through apart study of each color. In addition, the traditional color of the existing color names were most commonly granted in accordance with the age, location, author, therefore, can not guarantee universal validity in current times, future research is needed in order for it to inherit and develop the traditional color should be emphasized.
