    초록

    This study was performed in order to contribute to activation of the school physical education through cultivating qualities as a mature school athlete coach and increasing sense of vocation as human rights friendly athlete coach focused on analyzing the situation and case study about role performance as human rights friendly leaders for elementary school, middle school and high school athlete coach. The results are drawn below through the data analysis.
    First of all, school athlete coaches should recognize the value and importance of player’s human rights and try to reflect on the map process. Uninstructive and inhuman training culture initiated by gold medal supremacy of elite sport and violation culture of human rights in student players must be eradicated. Therefore specific legal basis and institutional improvement for human rights of players are urgently required. Second, in order to become a good leader, education of professional skills are important. But school athlete coaches should strive for making environment of human rights friendly athlete and recognize that it is the eternal companion to players based on the personality education, human education and maintain not authoritative but democratic relationship. Third, school athlete coaches should strive to regular consultations for understanding the players. And they must construct a environment that allows students to approach in advance. And attitude that they keep position of listening to the concerns of students over life as well as sport skills and sharing their mind and giving true advice to students from the perspective of students is required. Fourth, school athlete coaches should strive to provide a fair participation opportunities for players of students and present the objective and reasonable grounds and a clear objective criteria through a pre-notice system.
