연령별 연습계획의 구조가 운동기술학습에 미치는 영향 (The Effect Practice Planning Structure by Age has on Motor Skill Learning)

초록

The aim of this research is to verify that the practice structure's presentation format based on age has an effect and learning effect on motor learning. At the same time, it aims to provide fundamental data of effective practice method for acquiring motor skill in terms of practical aspect. The total 60 subjects performed coincident timing tasks and 10 subjects are randomly allocated to 3 groups which have different experiment conditions by ages(child, adult) respectively. Each subject by ages was tested under the factor design which are measured 100 times repeatedly 3x2x20(structure format of practice planning age(child, adult)x trial block) and 5 trials are regarded as 1 block according to structure format (random practice, serial practice, blocked practice). While the result of experiment in child's case doesn't show a big score difference according to structure format, in adult's case, random practice group show the best performance effect. Learner's age is one of the important variations in motor learning. In the structure of practice planning, unlike the adults, children don't use any information to improve memory driving force. Especially in learning precision on speed, repeated practice has become such a great factor that presentation order of each trial stimulus is practiced regularly. During this period, repeated practice showed the results to help motor skill learning related to precision of timing prediction.
