중국 신장성과 카자흐스탄 간 무역 구조 분석: 러·벨·카 관세동맹을 중심으로 (A Study on the trade structure and promotion strategies between Xinjiang of china and kazakhstan)

초록

Since the collapse of the Soviet union, the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) for regional economic integration between countries have tried for more than 20 years with the hope that there would be organizational governance and integration of the economic behavior of the area but positive progress was made in November 2009. The Eurasian economic community, and the whites in The Three Kingdoms formally established a customs union for the CIS collective security through a treaty signed and the realization of a regional integration between the Commonwealth of Independent States being a more successful case. Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan as members of the customs union and Russia officially joining the World Trade Organization, Kazakhstan already begun to abide by the rules of the WTO, which will be conducive to improve the bilateral cooperation in trade and investment environment.
This paper will be taken through theoretical analysis, empirical research and comparative analysis as a means of combination with research about Xinjiang in China in comparison to the terms of size and structure of Kazakhstan's foreign trade import and export trade, with economic cooperation to analyze the Russia-Belarus and Kazakhstan before and after the establishment of the customs union. With respect to the overall changes, then explore the best path to China's Xinjiang and Kazakhstan economic and trade ties for sustainable development in order to achieve leapfrog development in Xinjiang as its goals suggest.
