금연 및 흡연 시각물 개선 방향에 대한 연구 (Research for Improvement of Printed Visuals for No Smoking and Smoking)

초록

연구배경 오늘날 우리 사회는 음주, 흡연과 같은 건강하지 않는 방법으로 스트레스를 해소하는 경향이 많은데, 특히 흡연은 건강뿐 아니라 도시의 미관과 환경도 해치기 때문에 사회문제가 된다. 현재 금연 및 흡연과 관련된 시각물의 경우 시설기준은 있지만 규정의 복잡함으로 변형된 다양한 시각물이 만들어져 사용되고 있으며 흡연에 대한 잘못된 이미지를 전달하기도 한다. 이에 국민의 건강과 금연에 대한 사회적 인식을 위해 금연 및 흡연에 관한 시각물을 개선하여 금연의 사회분위기를 정착시키고 흡연에 대한 왜곡된 이미지를 바로잡는 것이 필요하다.
연구방법 먼저 정부의 금연정책을 살펴보고 흡연구역 설정 등 흡연 관련 표시의 기준과 현재 시행되고 있는 흡연구역 표시 사례를 비교 분석한다. 분석된 내용을 토대로 흡연표시의 다양한 색 표현에 따른 색채심리와 메시지 이해와의 관계를 분석한다. 또한 보다 효과적인 픽토그램의 형태에 관해서도 살펴본다. 최종적으로 금연 및 흡연에 관한 시각물의 방향을 제시한다.
연구결과 현재 설치되고 있는 금연 및 흡연 시각물은 다음과 같은 방향으로 개선되기를 제언한다. 첫째, 색상 사용에 대한 명확한 규정이 있어야 하겠다. 둘째, 흡연시설의 픽토그램은 기존 흡연 픽토그램을 활용한 일관성 있는 픽토그램으로 변경되어야 한다. 셋째, 위의 내용을 바탕으로 국민건강증진법 시행규칙에 규정된 “금연․흡연구역의 표시 및 흡연구역의 시설기준”의 개정이 필요하겠다.
결론 본 연구는 보건복지부의 “금연․흡연구역의 표시 및 흡연구역의 시설기준”을 바탕으로 공공을 위한 효과적인 정보전달을 위해 금연 및 흡연 시각물의 개선을 제언을 하였다.

영어초록

Background Today, our society is often a tendency to relieve stress in a way that is not healthy, such as drinking and smoking. In particular, smoking is a social problem because harming the city 's aesthetics, as well as health and the environment. Now printed visuals for the no smoking and smoking have the standard facilities. However, different views have been transformed because of the complexity of the printed visuals being used is made. Therefore, we need to improve the printed visuals for non-smoking and smoking for social awareness about health and smoking in public. In addition to establishing a social atmosphere that no smoking is necessary to correcting the distorted image about smoking.
Methods First look at the non-smoking policy of the government. And compare and analyze areas for smoking appear to be based on the current enforcement practices of the smoking display like smoking areas as set. Based on the analysis, It analyzes the relationship between the psychology of color on a wide range of color expression of displays smoking and the message understanding. Also look at more effective with regard to the form of pictograms. And finally it presents the printed visuals in the direction of no smoking and smoking.
Result Suggest that printed visuals on non-smoking and smoking that are currently installed will be improved in the following way. First, there must be a clear defined for the color used. Second, pictogram of smoking facility should be changed so that the pictogram is consistency by utilizing the existing pictogram of smoking. Third, the amendment of the provisions in the National Health Promotion Law Enforcement Regulations "display of non-smoking and smoking areas and Facilities criteria Smoking Area" are required.
Conclusion This study was a "non-smoking and smoking areas and facilities based on the display of the smoking areas" for effective information delivery for the public, based on printed visuals for non-smoking and smoking suggest improvements of health and human services.
