인도네시아 화인화문 시문학의 트랜스내셔널리즘과 문화적 정체성 연구 (The Study on Transnationalism and Cultural Identity of Overseas Chinese Poetry in Indonesia)

초록

이 연구는 인도네시아 화인 화문 시문학을 분석대상으로 삼아 화인들의 화문시에 나타난 트랜스내셔널리즘과 문화적 정체성의 문제를 연구한 것이다. 이 연구에서는 이처럼 인도네시아의 화인화문 시단의 형성 원인과 창작 배경을 검토하며, 1980-90년대 이후의 화인 시인들의 작품세계를 검토하였다. 이 중에서도 인도네시아의 화인 여성시의 발전을 이끌었던 셰멍한(謝夢涵)⋅위안니(袁霓)⋅시시리아(茜茜麗亞) 3인 합집 시집인 『삼인행(三人行)』을 주로 검토하였다. 인도네시아의 트랜스내셔널리즘적 혼종문화적 정체성을 드러낸 로미오⋅정(柔密歐⋅鄭), 옌웨이전(嚴唯眞), 시시리아(茜茜麗亞) 등의 시인들과 인도네시아어와 중국어 이중 언어 합집시집 『인도네시아의 공명(印度尼西亞的轟鳴)』을 중심으로 인도네시아 화인화문 시단의 반향의 목소리를 내었던 시세계를 검토하였다. 이러한 인도네시아 화인화문 시문학의 다양한 문화적 정체성 분석을 통하여 인도네시아에서의 중국 화인과 화인 사회의 형성과정을 이해할 수 있었으며, 화인 화문 시문학의 주요한 작품세계를 이해할 수 있었다. 특히 그들이 인도네시아 사회에 정착하는 과정 속에서 겪었던 여러 가지 고통스런 현실을 극복하며 양국의 우호적 관계와 이익의 증진을 위해 다리 역할을 수행하며 화문시단의 발전에 크게 기여한 것을 이해할 수 있었다. 아울러 그들의 화인화문시 작품에 투영되어 있는 고향과 조국에 대한 그리움의 정서와 현지 사회 속의 이민과 이주, 유랑의 삶 속에서 주변 소수집단으로서의 문화적 정체성을 극복해 가는 과정을 살펴볼 수 있었다. 결론적으로 본고에서는 인도네시아 화인화문 시문학의 중요한 특징들을 검토하면서 화인들의 삶과 문학의 관계를 돌아보며 그들의 시 속에 내재되어 있는 중국인 디아스포라로서의 트랜스내셔널리즘과 다중적 문화 정체성을 파악해 볼 수 있었다. 따라서 필자는 이 연구를 통해 화인화문 시문학을 연구하는 방밥론으로서의 트랜스내셜리즘적 관점을 사용하며, 인도네시아 화인의 신분적, 민족적, 문화적 다중 정체성 등을 이해할 수 있었다. 또한 인도네시아 화인 시인들의 작품세계와 작품 특징을 이해하며 그들의 여성의식과 현실의식, 혼종적 문화정체성을 이해할 수 있었다. 화인 사회의 성장 속에서 화인들의 시문학이 어떠한 국가와 민족 상상, 그리고 고향 상상 등이 나타났으며, 화인 고유한 전통문화와 현지 문화와의 혼종문화 현상들이 나타나고 있는지 그 양상을 살펴봄으로써 그들의 집단기억의 재영토화 문제 등을 구체적으로 검토해 나가기로 한다.

영어초록

This study studied the issues of transnationalism and cultural identity that appeared in Overseas Chinese poetry as an analysis target. This study reviewed the cause of Indonesian Chinese poets' formation and creative background and the work world of Chinese poets after the 1980s and 1990s. Among “SanRenXing”, the three-person collection of poetry by Xie Menghan, Yuan Ni, and Xixiliya, which led to the development of Indonesian Chinese women's poetry in Indonesia, was mainly reviewed. Poets such as Roumiou Cheng, Yan Weizhen, Xixiliya, and others, revealed Indonesia's transnational hybrid cultural identity and “Resonansi Indonesia”, a bilingual collection of Indonesian and Chinese poetry focusing on the repercussions of Indonesian and Chinese poetry. We studied the poetic world and a particular superseded articulation. Through this analysis of the various cultural identities of Overseas Chinese poetry, it was possible to understand the formation of Indonesian Chinese society in Indonesia and comprehend the main world of Indonesian Chinese poetry. Particularly, We understood how they significantly contributed to the development of Indonesian Chinese poetry by overcoming the painful realities they experienced settling in Indonesian society and serving as a bridge to promote friendly relations and interests between the two countries. In addition, it was possible to examine the process of overcoming the cultural identity as a minority group in the life of immigrants in the local society, as well as the emotion of longing for home and motherland reflected in their Chinese painting poems. In conclusion, in this paper, by examining the critical characteristics of Indonesian Chinese poetry, it was possible to investigate the relationship between Chinese people's life and literature and to understand the transnationalism and multicultural identity as a Chinese diaspora embedded in their poetry. As such, through this study, understanding the essence, ethnicity, and multiple cultural identities of Indonesian Chinese people in Indonesia using the transnational perspective to analyze Indonesian Chinese literature. Additionally, by understanding the work world and characteristics of Indonesian Chinese poets and their femininity, reality, and hybrid cultural identity. In the growth of Indonesian Chinese society, what kind of national, national, and hometown imaginations appeared in Indonesian Chinese poetry, and the phenomenon of hybrid culture with the indigenous traditional culture and local culture was studied by examining the aspects of their collective memory. We will consider the reterritorialization issue in detail.
