비만정도에 따른 여대생의 상완-발목 맥파속도와 동맥 협착도의 비교분석 (A Comparison Analysis of b-aPWV and ABI in University Female Students by Degree of Obesity)

초록

The purpose of this study was to examines difference of b-aPWV and ABI between normal group and obesity group in university female students by degree of obesity. Therefore, we wanted to know about difference of b-aPWV and ABI between obesity group(over BMI 25 or %fat 30)and normal group through independent t-test method. The subjects of this study were obesity group(n=20) and normal group(n=20).
All subjects were involved in each test. The measured items for this study were b-aPWV and ABI. The b-aPWV and ABI were measured by Waveform Analyzer(VP-1000, Colin, Japan).
The result was as follows. The b-aPWV(branchial-ankle Pulse Wave Velocity) were showed significantly difference between normal group and obesity group(PWV(Left), p<.01). The ABI(Ankle Branchial press Index) were not showed significantly difference between normal group and obesity group.
In conclusion, the results of this study demonstrate that b-aPWV were negative effect to university female student by obesity factors(%fat, BMI, WHR).
