초록

Lazlo Moholy-Nagy was omnidirectional Artist who had displayed his brilliant Artistic ability in Designs & Arts such as Painting, Sculpture, Photograph, Stage-Design, Film, Typographic, Architecture, Visual art area.
He also the first theorist and a educator who set up his art philosophy in the field.
He was born in Hungary But, he got through the time of vibrations of earthquake which was based on 1st world war and fascism in Europe, and He had leaded Artistic trying & practice which was based on Modernism at the hub of the movement of Bauhaus in Germany.
He went to America to escape from the tyrannies of Nazi rule. But He had built up the New Bauhaus (America school of Design) in America for making his unsuccessful dream of education for form of design and art come true. He also had practiced his own formative arts philosophy which was heavily influenced by Design education and Artistic social movement through “Chicago School of Design”.
His practical Art theory which was reflected by his slogan “New art is for New social.” Had made the opportunity to re-check basic education for form of design and art and redounded to the study of an initiative education for form of design and art by his continual mind of practice for new trying aesthetics.
This Study has cleared up his endless concern and achievements about new Educational Formative Arts through following of his walking. And also has analyzed that the Education of Formative Arts is given much weight in Educational Basic Formative Arts which was placed great emphasis and matter of Education.
His theory of formative arts which was combined with Art & Life has given remarkable effect to history of education for form of design and art, Also His spiritual effect for formative arts education is worthy & powerful inspiration to us until now.
