한국 말산업 실태조사(2013-2017) 분석에 따른 향후 과제 탐색 (A Future Subject Exploration according to the Analysis of Actual Condition related to Horse Industry of Korea(2013-2017))

초록

This paper aimed at helping the activation of horse industry, one top promising industry of domestic industries. So, this paper, on the basis of the horse industry progressed from 2013 to 2017, analyzed the details, classifying with years, performed a comparative analysis among the years, grasped the current status of horse industry on the basis of the results, and presented the subjects on the basis of the future developmental possibility.
First, this paper analyzed the actual condition investigation of horse industry, classified with the years, and also analyzed the real condition investigation comparatively among the years generally. The results were presented as follows. First, the investigation items were somewhat finite. Second, the investigation was limited to an elementary level and couldn't be but so concrete. Third, the numerical value change, classified with years, was not so conspicuous. So, the meaning and utility were possibly finite.
So, this paper presented the future subject in order to activate the fields of horse industry as follows.
First, in the educational and experiential viewpoint, the lesson programs, related to horses, have to be offered by linking with educational facilities. The education & culture center has to be built to help experience education about horses. More facilities, educational and experiential, have to be built (museums, zoos, parks, etc.) in relation with horses.
Second, in the viewpoint of publication and event, it is necessary to hold horse industry expo, to hold job fairs related to horse industry, to hold horse industry local festival, to construct broadcast channels specialized in horse industry and media organizations, and to plan and hold performances related to horseback martial arts and horses.
Third, in the viewpoint of academy, it is necessary to establish researches related to horse industry, to hold an academic conference related to horse industry, to interact in academic fields such as seminars and forums, and to expand research services such as entrustments and policy subjects related to horse industry.
Fourth, as for ‘sports’, it is necessary for sports-for-all items related to the horse to be developed and distributed variously, for sports events related to the horse to be activated, for the placement of race course to be expanded in national level. In addition, we have to make all possible efforts to popularize the participation in horse racing.
