초록

“미래의 목회지도력 계발과 향상 방안”





미래의 사회는 고도의 정보화 사회와 더불어 물질의 풍요와 과학기술의 전문화를 맞이하고 있다. 오늘날 사회로부터 여러 지탄을 받고 있는 교회가 미래사회와 미래교회를 위해 무엇을 준비해야 하고, 어떠한 목회지도력이 요구되고 인식하는지가 중요한 과제라 할 것이다. 특히 미래 한국교회의 목회지도력에 대한 인식은 목회지도력이 그 만큼 미래사회와 미래교회의 선교적 목적이 이루어지도록 변화를 촉진하기 때문에 중요하다고 할 수 있다.




따라서 본 연구의 목적은 미래 한국교회에 필요한 목회자의 자기 갱신과 자질을 통해 목회지도력의 계발과 향상 방안을 제언함으로써 급격한 변화를 겪고 있는 정치, 경제, 사회, 문화, 종교 등등의 제반 상황에 효율적으로 대응하면서 한국교회의 목회자들에게 실질적인 목회지도력을 향상시키는 데 있다.




이에 우리에게 다가올 미래시대를 준비함에 있어서 목회지도력이 미래 한국교회에 요구되어지는 목회지도력의 계발과 향상 방안 연구 결과를 제언하고자 한다.




먼저 미래 한국교회의 목회지도력 계발은 은사능력 계발, 신뢰관계 형성 계발, 자아인식 계발, 커뮤니케이션 계발, 인간관계 계발, 인공지능(AI) 시대 대응 등 이를 위해 미래의 목회지도력을 연구하고 개발하여 위대한 목회지도력을 발휘해야 하며, 미래 한국교회의 목회지도력 향상 방안으로는 탁월한 영성의 목회지도력, 전문성을 갖춘 목회지도력, 비전을 갖춘 목회지도력, 수평적 목회지도력, 팀웍을 갖춘 목회지도력, 교회에 영향을 미치는 조력존엄사법과 같은 입법에 적절하게 대응할 목회지도력을 제시하고자 한다.




이제 하나님을 위해서, 세상을 위해서, 교회 자체를 위해서 미래의 새로운 모습으로의 변화가 요구되어 지고 있다. 사람들에게 미래시대는 불안과 기대를 함께 주고 있으며 미래사회의 구조적 변화상은 목회의 본질이 흔들릴 정도로 혼란을 초래하고 있다. 이에 목회의 근본적인 변화와 더불어 목회자의 지도력을 요구되고 있는 현실이기에 이러한 현실적인 요청에 부응하여 목회자들은 미래의 한국교회 지도자로서 목회지도력을 계발하여 도전받고, 상실되어 가는 목회자들의 권위를 회복하여 한국 사회가 바라는 진실한 목회자 상(像)을 확립해 가야 할 것이다.

The society of the future is facing a highly information society, material abundance, and specialization of science and technology. What the church, which is receiving various criticisms from today's society, should prepare for the future society and the future church, and what kind of pastoral leadership is required and recognized. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to improve the practical pastoral leadership skills of the pastors of the Korean churches while responding effectively to the political, economic, social, cultural, and religious situations that are undergoing rapid changes by suggesting ways to develop and improve the pastoral leadership skills of pastors through the self-renewal and qualifications of pastors necessary for the future Korean churches.




Therefore, in preparing for the future era that will come to us, I would like to propose the results of a study on how to improvement and enhance the pastoral leadership that is required of the Korean church in the future.




First of all, the improvement of pastoral leadership in the future Korean church should research and improvement future pastoral leadership to demonstrate great pastoral leadership, including the improvement of charismatic abilities, the improvement of trustworthy relationships, the improvement of self-awareness, the improvement of communication, the improvement of human relationships, and the response to the era of artificial intelligence (AI).




As a way to enhance the pastoral leadership of the future Korean church, we would like to present pastoral leadership with excellent spirituality, pastoral leadership with expertise, pastoral leadership with vision, horizontal pastoral leadership, pastoral leadership with teamwork, and pastoral leadership that can appropriately respond to legislation such as the Assisted Death with Dignity Act that affects the church.




Now, for God's sake, for the sake of the world, and for the Church itself, a change into a new future is required. For people, the future era is both anxious and expectant, and the structural changes in the future society are causing confusion to the extent that the essence of ministry is shaken. In response to this realistic demand, pastors should improvement their pastoral leadership skills as future leaders of the Korean church, restore the authority of pastors who are being challenged and lost, and establish the image of a true pastor that Korean society desires.
