초록

The purpose of this study was compare the change of body composition, Blood lipids, TNF-a, and cortisol density according to 12 weeks to Health promotion program group and control group in obesity elementary school girls.
The subjects consisted of groups of Health promotion program group(HG)(n=6) and control group(CG) group(n=). The Health promotion program were played game(badminton, indoor soccer, basket ball, walking and rope hopes) and muscle strength exercise. exercise intensity were capability of individual each other. exercise was played game for 5 day/week. 60min/day, 12weeks. Statistical technique for data analysis were paired t-test(and 2 way repeated ANOVA to detect different two groups at each point.
The experimental results from this study are following. As results of the HG and CG were significantly increased Height(p<.001). and BMI were signicantly interaction of group×time(p<.05). Bloods lipids were significantly increased HDL-C to two group(p<.001). but significantly decreased LDL-C to two group(p<.05). TNF-a and Cortisol density were not singificantly to groups and time.
