    초록

    This study is to develop the intervention program for the health promotion behavior for scalp and hair to people today who seek for the healthy beauty without health promotion behavior and to confirm its effectiveness. With 24 male adults in their 30s to 50s who participated in the survey selected as the experimental group and 24 male adults as a control group in order to verify its effectiveness, the developed intervention program had been applied to the experimental group once per 2 weeks for 4 months from December 5, 2014 through April 10, 2015, the results of which was checked once a month by the questionnaire, and the cross-sectional studies of checking the control group at the interval of 4 months were conducted without applying the intervention program. Paired sample t-Test, independent sample t-test, and frequency analysis were conducted using SPSS 21.0 Package Program for the data analysis. The results of analysis are as follows. Firstly, the results of analysis on the difference in the change process, decision balance, and self-efficacy between the experimental group with the application of intervention program and the control group without showed a statistically significant difference in enhancement of consciousness (p=.000), dramatic relaxation (p=.000), self-reevaluation (p=.004), environmental reevaluation (p=.013), counterconditioning (p=.019), assistance relationship (p=.007), strengthening management (p=.000), strengthening management (p=.000), stimulating management (p=.000), decision balance (p=.000) and self-efficacy (p=.000) depending on the application of intervention program. Scores in the experimental group who participated in the intervention program were higher compared to the those of the control group with a statistically significant difference(p=.000), which proved that the intervention program was effective. Secondly, the results of analysis on the difference in the change phases between the experimental group with the application of intervention program and the control group without showed that the number of persons in the phase before planning (20 persons), the planning phase (3 persons), the preparation phase (1 person), and the action phase (3 persons) in the preliminary investigation on the control group stayed the same in the post investigation, while all the subjects moved into the action phase (22 persons), a stage of change for health promotion behavior for scalp and hair and into the maintenance phase (2 persons) maintaining the action phase, which showed a statistically significant difference (p = .000) in the experimental group. Thus, the intervention program for health promotion behavior for scalp and hair was found to improve the scores in the change process, decision balance, and self-efficacy and influece the phase shift, which is considered that it may be used as the educational material for the health promotion behavior for scalp and hair and in the marketing strategy of the related businesses through the intervention for health promotion behavior for scalp and hair.
