<어부사시사>와 부용동 원림 ( and Buyong-dong Wonlim)

초록

<어부사시사>는 부용동 원림에서 창작되었으며, 윤선도의 원림에 대한 미적 이상과 산수미에 대한 인식과 태도, 산수락(山水樂)의 성격 등이 모두 이 연시조 40수에 함축되어 한국문학사에 찬연히 빛난다. 윤선도가 <어부사시사>를 창작한 보길도 원림은 전통적 곡가계시가의 창작공간과는 성격을 달리한다. 윤선도가 원림을 조성한 보길도는 정치적․사회적․학문적 영향과도 전혀 상관이 없는 넓은 바다의 조그마한 섬이다. 여기에 윤선도는 막대한 비용을 투자하여 거대한 건축물을 짓고 토목공사를 벌여 주변 산수경물과 조화되는 원림을 조성하였다. 이런 원림을 조성한 윤선도의 의식과 미적 인식, 미적 관점은 <어부사시사>를 고찰할 때 매우 중요한 요소로 작용한다. 이 연구는 보길도에 윤선도가 조성한 원림을 미학적 입장에서 고찰하고, 이 원림에서 창작된 <어부사시사>의 원림문학적 특성을 탐구하고자 하였다. 그 결과를 정리하면 다음과 같다.
첫째, 윤선도는 부용동 원림에서 세속과 거리를 두고 산수유상을 통해 감정과 의식의 정화를 경험한다. 그 결과 고산은 현실정치 참여에 대한 의지와 이상과의 조화를 통해 부용동 원림의 미적 구성을 위한 이념적 기반을 조성하였다.
둘째, <어부사시사>에서 고산은 현실정치의 좌절과 고통에서 벗어나 흥(興)이라는 서정적 쾌감을 느끼고 산수유상을 확대해나간다. <어부사시사>에서 노래하고 있는 흥은 윤선도가 자신의 미적 감정을 극대화하는 계기로 작용하였으며, 이는 산수락의 극대화로 인한 감정의 정화로 작품의 서정성을 확대 심화하였다.
셋째, 고산은 부용동 원림을 의미존재로 인식하였으며, 산수경물의 의상화를 통해 자신만의 이상향을 형상화하였다. 이것은 고산으로 하여금 현실적 고통을 초월하여 부용동 산수의 아름다움에 심입하게 하였다. 그래서 고산은 부용동을 원림으로 조성하여 자신의 산수관과 미의식을 <어부사시사>를 통해 형상화하였다. 따라서 <어부사시사>의 지리적 배경인 보길도는 고산의 내재적 의식 공간을 현실공간 속에서 구체화한 미적 공간으로서의 현실 원림이다. 이렇게 생각할 때, 보길도의 부용동은 고산의 가치를 실현하는 원림이며, 미적 구성의 문화경관이라 하겠다.

영어초록

The <Eobusasisa> was created in the garden of Buyong-dong, and Yun Seon-do’s aesthetic ideals for the gardens, the perception and attitude of the beauty of the mountains and the nature of the mountains are all implied in the 40th number of this year's poetry, it shines brightly in the history of Korean literature. However, Bogildo Wonlim, who created <Eobusashisa> by Yun Seondo, has a different character from the creative space of traditional Gokga poetry. Bogildo Island, where Yun Seondo created the garden, is a small island in the open sea that has no relationship with political, social, and academic influences. Here, Yun Seondo invested enormous amounts of money to build a vast building and perform civil works to create a garden that harmony with the surrounding landscape. Therefore, when considering <Eobusashisa>, the consciousness, aesthetic perception, and aesthetic point of view of Yun Seon-do, who created this garden, are quite important factors. This study attempted to examine the garden created by Yun Seon-do on Bogildo Island from an aesthetic perspective, and to explore the literary characteristics of the garden created in this garden. The results are summarized as follows.
First, Yun Seon-do experiences the purification of emotions and consciousness through Sansu-yusang at a distance from the world in the Buyong-dong garden. wia willingness to participate in politics and the pursuit of ideals through the poem of <Eobusasisa>, it is possible to understand how to accept an individual’s will for the future by finding a compromise with the self and accepting reality.
Second, in <Eobusasisa>, Yun Seon-do escapes from the pain of the world and feels the lyrical pleasure of excitement and expands the Sansu-yusang. The excitement expressed in <Eobusasisa> acts as an opportunity for Yun Seon-do to maximize her aesthetic feelings. This represents the purification of emotions through the maximal use of mountains and waters as well the lyricism of the work.
Third, Kosan recognized the Buyong-dong garden as a meaning being, and comforted his real pain with his own utopia and used it as the foundation of the landscape view of Buyong-dong in his poem. In addition, Gosan recognized Geumseedang-dong as a garden beyond the meaning of place, and compressed his intrinsic space of consciousness into the actual space of seeing. As a result, the Buyong-dong garden has been sublimated into a cultural landscape as a piece of nature reflecting the consciousness for realizing the values of Gosan.
