코로나 19 펜데믹 상황에서 중등학교 온라인 체육수업 사례 및 과제 연구 (A Study on Cases and Assignments of Secondary School Online Physical Education Class in the Corona19 Pendemic)

초록

이 연구는 코로나 19 펜데믹(Pandemic) 상황에 대응하기 위한 온라인 수업 중 교육부에서 권장한 3가지 형태의 구체적인 체육수업 사례를 살펴보고 그 교육적인 의미를 중심으로 효율적인 운영 가능성과 과제를 탐색하는 데 목적이 있다. 유목적 사례 표집을 사용하여 S, B, J 지역에서 온라인 체육수업의 전문가 역할을 하고 있는 교사 3인과교사 3인이 추천한 학생 3명을 대상으로 자료를 수집하고 체계적인 귀납적 내용 분석을 실시하였다. 실시간 화상수업이 가능한 쌍방향 체육수업은 실시간 원격 교육 플랫폼을 활용하여 교사와 학생이 영상을 통해 소통과 친밀감을 바탕으로 플랫폼의 장점을 활용하면서 수업이 운영되고 있었다. 녹화 시청과 활동형이 중심이 되는 콘텐츠 활용 중심 체육수업은 강의를 기본으로 다양한 영상 자료를 활용하며 이론과 실기가 통합된 새로운 형태의 체육수업으로 운영되고 있었다. 시간과 장소에 구애받지 않는 과제 수행 중심 체육수업은 체육 성취기준을 중심으로 과제가 제시되고 학생은 과제를 업로드하며 교사는 채팅방에서 학생과 상호 적극적인 활동을 중심으로 구체적인 피드백을 제공하고 있었다. 향후 온라인 체육수업의 과제로는 첫째, 제한된 환경과 용·기구, 체육 교수·학습법, 체육 학습 영역이 온라인 체육수업에 효율적으로 적용될 수 있는 변화를 통해 체육의 가치를 구현시키기 위한 노력이 필요하다. 둘째, 온라인 체육수업 시 교사-학생 간 상호작용을 위해 과제 구조 및 피드백을 활용하고 학생 간 상호작용을 위해 팀 학습(team project) 등을 활용하듯이 상호작용이 가능한 다양한 콘텐츠가 개발되어야 할 것이다. 셋째, 현재의 온라인 체육수업의 단편적인 평가와 달리 온라인 체육수업의 틀에 맞는 다양한 평가 방법이 도입되고 연구되어야 할 것이다. 끝으로, 이 연구가 온라인 체육수업의 활성화에 기본적인 토대가 되기를 희망해 본다.

영어초록

The purpose of this research is to look into three types of specific physical education class cases recommended by Ministry of Education among on-line classes to cope up with Pandemic situation from COVID-19 and investigate the possibility of effective operation and assignment focusing on its educational meaning. The data was collected targeting three teachers, who are experts of on-line physical education classes, and three students recommended by those teachers in the regions called S, B and J using the sampling of purposeful cases and systematic inductive content analysis was carried out. Interactive physical education class that is capable of real-time video class was carried out utilizing the merit of platform based on communications and friendliness between teachers and students through the video using real-time distance education. Contents-oriented physical education classes that focus on watching video and activities are being operated in new type that integrates theory and practice using various videos based on the lecture. Assignment-focused physical education class that is not restricted by time and place suggests the assignment based on achievement standard of physical training, students upload the assignment and teachers provide the detailed feedback based on interactive dynamic activities in chatting room. As the assignment of on-line physical education class hereafter, first, the efforts to realize the values of physical education through the change that limited environment, tool/apparatus, teaching and learning methods and field of learning physical education training can be applied to on-line physical education class effectively.
Second, various contents that are capable of interaction should be developed as assignment structure and feedback are used for interaction between teachers and team project is utilized for the interaction between the students in case of on-line physical education class. Third, various evaluation methods should be adopted and researched that is suitable for the frame of on-line physical education class not like fragmentary evaluation of on-line physical education class. Lastly, it is expected that this research becomes the basic platform for the vitalizations of on-line physical education class.
