소규모 집합주택 경계요소(담)의 호혜적 활용에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Reciprocal Utilization for Boundary Elements(Wall) of Small Multifamily House)

초록

(연구배경 및 목적) 급속한 경제성장으로 도시는 공간적, 시간적인 과잉 현상을 겪으며, 주거공간의 밀집을 야기 시켰다. 이에 따라, 주거공간의 경계요소는 본래 가치를 상실하고, 이웃 간 분쟁과 소외 현상의 표징으로 나타나고 있다. 특히, 대단위 주거단지 이외에 소규모 주거 밀집지역의 주거공간은 경계가 분명한 사유지로서 표식의 의미로 작용할 뿐, 주거 환경요소로서 의미는 찾아볼 수 없는 실정이다. 이에 거주환경 재생 측면에서 소규모 집합주택의 경계공간에 대한 현황분석을 통하여 경계요소(담)을 중심으로 하여금 이웃 간 호혜적 매체로 재인식될 필요성이 요구되므로, 주거환경의 경계요소에 대한 의미 확장을 통하여 이웃 간의 호혜적 공간 확보와 소통환경 개선을 목적으로 한다. (연구방법) 본 연구는 거주환경의 경계 개념에 대한 진화심리학 관점과 현상학 관점, 역사·문화적 관점에서 경계(담)의 의미를 고찰함으로써 우리나라의 대표적 주거환경인 도심 내부의 소규모 집합주택의 경계요소에 대한 환경적·매체적 관점으로 구분하여 연구범위를 설정하였다. 이론적 고찰을 통해 주거환경과 경계요소에 대한 관계적 의미를 추론하여 주거환경 변화에 대한 특징 분석, 경계요소와 상관관계 입증 및 경계요소의 관계적 특징 제시하여 경계요소의 의미 변화가 뚜렷하게 드러나고 있는 소규모 집합주택 지역을 선정, 관계 요소 분석을 통해 사물 환경과 공유 정도를 도출하고자 한다. (결과) 급속한 도시화 현상에 따른 소규모 집합주택 경계요소(담)는 사유재산에 대한 획일적인 행정 구획 개념으로 활용되고 있으며, 상호 분쟁과 소외현상이 심화되고 있다. 집합주택의 경계요소에 대한 공유 및 소통적 관점으로서의 재인식 과정을 통해 인간·자연·사회의 본래적인 관계성 회복을 위한 구성 개념으로서 자연적·인간적·사회적 요소 간 기능적·심리적·사회적 상호작용을 통해 요소 간 유기적인 관계를 유발할 수 있는 디자인 방법론이 제기된다. (결론) 본 연구는 소규모 집합주택 경계요소(담)의 호혜적 매체로 인식될 수 있는 단계적 실행 방법론을 위한 향후 연구과제로 발전시켜 단절된 이웃 간의 유대감을 재생시키고, 점진적으로 지역 유대로 확산될 수 있는 소통하는 주거 공간 실현에 대해 미력의 성과가 있길 기대한다.

영어초록

(Background and Purpose)With a rapid economic growth cities have experienced space and time saturation phenomena causing dense living spaces. Therefore, boundary elements of the living environment has lost their original values, which has appeared as a sign of conflicts and alienation phenomena in a neighborhood. Especially, the living space located in the area where dense small-scale residential area acts as the meaning of mark with clear barrier but it is hard to find out the meaning of living environment element. Therefore, the need to recognize the barrier element (wall) as beneficiary media between neighbors by performing the status analysis on the barrier space of small multi-family house from the aspect of recycling of living environment is required. The purpose of this study was to secure the beneficiary space and improve communication environment between neighbors by expanding the barrier environment of living environment. (Method)This study has set its range with environmental and media perspectives separated for boundary elements by considering the concept of barrier with viewpoint of evolutionary psychology, phenomenology and history & culture. Through a theoretical study on the boundary we try to deduce the meaning of the relationship between living environment and boundary elements by analyzing features of changes in the residential environment, proving correlation with boundary elements, and presenting the relational characteristics of the boundary elements, and try to derive the degree of shared environments of things through the analysis of the elements by selecting a small-scale multi-family house area which clearly reveals the meaning change of the boundary elements. (Results)In accordance with the rapid urbanization phenomenon, the barrier element (wall) of a small-scale multi-family house has been used as a monolithic division concept of private property and a mutual dispute and alienation phenomenon has been deepened. A design methodology is required to lead to the organic relationship among natural, humane and social elements as a construct for the restoration of relations between haman, nature and society through functional, psychological and social interaction for a new understanding on the boundary elements of a multi-family house as a sharing and communication perspective. (Conclusions)The study hopes to contribute its mite to recycle the blocked fellowship between neighbors and realize the communicating living space that can be expanded to local fellowship gradually by developing the study as a subject of future research for stepwise methodology that can be recognized as beneficiary media of Boundary Elements(Wall) of Small Multifamily House
