초록

This paper deals with the origin and gonealogy of five women character in Edo literature, which method of character construction can be see from Ukiyozosyi and Ukiyoe. And this time, I found this method(five women character construction) came from five men character construction. That is to say, changed from men to women by yatsushi, which method is very popular thing of Edo literature’s.
Next, I also found that the method of five men character construction came from five heros character, which composition is one man(one’s lord) and his fore followers. We can see this patern from five statues of Buddha, or godaimyou of Japanese god.
So, I have an assumption that the character construction method origined from Theory of Yin-Yang and the Five Elements.
In korea, we can see five people dancing from the same thing. Japanese five heros and korean five people dancing is not the same. but two thing’s origin is the same. There are many five people dancing in korea, but there are not like korean dancing in Japan. In Japan, generally　there are many dancing of one or two or fore people types. We also can see five women’s dancing from korean drawing, for example Muyongchong’s wall painting. And this one and Japanese drawing of five women is the same in that origin,Theory of Yin-Yang and the Five Elements.
