취업준비생을 대상으로 퍼스널 컬러 진단 및 적용 후 인식변화에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Change of Perception after Personal Color Diagnosis and Application of Job seekers)

초록

(연구배경 및 목적) 퍼스널 컬러는 개성의 자연스러운 표현과 사회적 대인관계에 있어 매우 중요한 소통의 기능을 하고 있다. 특히 사회적 관계성을 필요로 하는 세대는 20대의 청년계층으로 취업 및 사회 활동을 위하여 자신에 맞는 이미지 연출과 특성을 파악하려 노력하며 개인 스타일의 여러 요소는 매우 중요하다. 퍼스널 컬러는 본 연구의 대상인 취준생에게 있어 매우 중요한 요소로 우리 사회는 취업난이라는 사회문제를 극복하려는 많은 노력이 진행되고 있으며, 취업으로 인한 스트레스 및 미래 불안의 요소를 해결하고 자존감 및 자신감을 회복에 대한 퍼스널 컬러에 대한 진단과 프로세스는 학문적으로 많은 부분 진행이 되어 왔으나, 특정 계층이라 할 수 있는 취업 준비생들에 대한 퍼스널 컬러 진단과 적용 후에 대한 개별적 결과 및 만족도, 영향성에 대한 연구는 매우 미비하여 퍼스널 컬러를 취업 준비생에게 진단, 적용한 후 결과에 대한 설문 연구를 진행하여 사회 관계성에 영향을 주는 긍정적 스타일 변화와 심리적, 정서적 만족감에 대한 특성을 제시하는 데 연구의 목적이 있다. (연구방법) 본 연구는 취준생들의 설문 통한 통계 분석을 기반으로 한 특성 제시가 연구의 방법이며, 먼저 퍼스널 컬러 및 진단에 대한 이론적 고찰을 진행하였다. 또한 퍼스널 컬러 진단의 내용을 기반으로 면담을 통하여 설문 평가 항목 및 내용을 설계하였는데, 342명을 대상으로 설문 4영역에 있어 27문항에 대한 설문을 진행하고 분석하였으며, 개별적인 신체이미지 변화 인지성과 계절별 컬러의 적절성, 컬러의 심리적 만족도, 자신감 및 자존감 회복에 대하여 세부적인 항목을 결과로 도출하여 통계적 분석을 진행하였다. (결과) 취준생을 대상으로 퍼스널 컬러 진단 및 적용 후 설문 및 통계에 의한 개별적 개성 및 자신감, 자존감 회복 특성을 분석하고 종합하였다. 취준생에게 있어 퍼스널 컬러 진단과 적용은 취업에 대한 스트레스와 개인적인 자신감을 증대시키는 특성이 있다는 결과를 분석할 수 있었으며, 이러한 결과는 퍼스널 컬러 진단에 의한 스타일 및 색채 특성은 매우 중요하며, 개인적인 단점을 줄이고 장점을 높이어 사회 관계성을 극대화하여 심리적으로 만족감을 나타낸다고 하겠다. (결론) 본 연구에서는 기존의 퍼스널 컬러에 대한 학문적 연구는 많으나 계층별 진단 및 적용 후에 대한 설문, 통계 연구가 빈약하여 차별화된 연구를 진행하였으며 취준생들에게 퍼스널 컬러의 진단 및 적용이 매우 유익하며, 퍼스널 컬러 진단 후 개인의 스타일에 적용되어 면접 이미지 극대화를 통한 개선에 많은 영향을 미친 것으로 종합할 수 있으며, 취준생들의 사회 진출을 위한 단계에 있어 퍼스널 컬러 진단에 의한 적용을 통하여 개성적인 변화를 추구하고 시도하는 것은 자신감 상승과 자존감 회복과 직결된다는 결론을 종합할 수 있다.

영어초록

(Background and Purpose) Personal color has a very important function in communication with respect to the natural expression of personality and social interpersonal relationships. Young people in their twenties constitute the generation that is particularly in need of social relationships. They try to grasp the image production and characteristics suitable for themselves for employment and social activities; thus, various elements of personal style are very important. Personal color is a very important factor for students, who were the target of this study, and our society is making considerable effort to overcome the social problem of unemployment. The diagnosis and process of personal color for the recovery of self-esteem and confidence have been carried out in many academic ways, with individual results and satisfaction levels obtained in the study of personal color for job-seekers, which is a specific class. This study aimed to determine the characteristics of positive style change and psychological and emotional satisfaction that affect social relationships. We conducted a survey on the results after the diagnosis and application of personal color for job-seekers. (Method) This study was based on a statistical analysis of students who were surveyed. First, a theoretical consideration of personal color and diagnosis was conducted. The questionnaire evaluation items and contents were designed through interviews based on the results of the diagnosis of personal color. The questionnaire survey was conducted on 27 items in the 4th section of the questionnaire, which targeted 342 people. The detailed items were derived from individual body image change recognition, seasonal color appropriateness, psychological satisfaction with color, confidence, and self-esteem recovery. (Result) After the diagnosis and application of personal color, individual personality, confidence, and self-esteem recovery characteristics were analyzed and synthesized using the questionnaire and the statistics. The results of the study showed that personal color diagnosis and application increase stress and personal confidence in relation to employment for the students who participated in the study. These results show that style and color characteristics based on personal color diagnosis are very important and that they indicate psychological satisfaction by maximizing social relations by reducing personal disadvantages and enhancing advantages. (Conclusion) Although there are many academic studies on the existing personal color, the surveys and statistical studies on the diagnosis and application of each class are few; yet, the diagnosis and application of personal color are very beneficial for students. Personal color can be summarized as being applied to the individual style and resulting in considerable improvement by enhancing the image of the interviewee. It can be concluded that pursuing and attempting change is directly related to increased confidence and recovery of self-esteem.
