초록

本研究は日本語と韓国語の聖書における形容詞の対応関係と表現の特徴を調査し、分析したものである。 様々な翻訳からなる聖書に現れる形容詞語彙の使用と表現を調査分析し、日本語と韓国語形容詞語彙の選択など対応関係の流れなどを把握して見ていくことができるだろう。 聖書は原則的に同一の内容を、古くから現在まで世界各国の言語に翻訳されている貴重で客観性が立証された言語資料と言える。聖書は、異なる言語の翻訳でも、同じ内容を伝えるという特徴を持つ。また同じ言語内でも多くの種類の翻訳本があり、言語の変化過程と言語表現を把握するのに非常に有用な資料として活用される。 日本語聖書と韓国語聖書を時期別に対照して確認できるようにデータベースを構築することは、韓日両国語聖書翻訳の歴史と言語接触の問題を把握できる公示的通時的資料となる。 本稿では、日本語と韓国語両言語の聖書並列コーパスを構築し、これにより形容詞を中心とした韓日両国の聖書翻訳における語彙使用と表現の流れなどを把握する。韓国語の聖書翻訳は日本語の聖書翻訳を参考にして行われた作業であることは周知の事実である。 本研究では、韓日両言語の聖書を時期別にデータベース化し、今までの部分的な対照研究の限界を超えて時期別、総合的な検索が可能なコーパスを構築し、形容詞を中心に韓日両言語の特徴を分析した。

영어초록

This study investigated and analyzed the correspondence relations of adjectives and the characteristics of expressions in Japanese and Korean Bibles.
By investigating and analyzing the use and expression of adjective vocabulary appearing in the Bible composed of various translations, it will be possible to grasp the flow of correspondence, such as selection of Japanese and Korean adjective vocabulary.
The Bible, in principle, can be said to be a valuable and proven language material that has been translated into languages ​​of the world from old to present. The Bible has the characteristic that translations from other languages ​​convey the same content. In addition, there are many kinds of translations within the same language, which is very useful for understanding the process of language change and language expression.
In this paper, the Bible parallel corpus of both languages is established, and through this, vocabulary usage and expression methods in Bible translation in both Korean and Japanese languages are identified, focusing on the basis of adjectives. In this study, we analyzed the corresponding characteristics of both languages, focusing on adjectives, by databaseing the bible of both Korean and Japanese bilingual languages in a timely manner and establishing a comprehensive searchable corpus beyond the limitations of the partial contrast study so far.
