초록

연구배경: 본 연구는 장소성에 기반하여 서울시에 형성된 3개소의 문화예술특화거리를 대상으로 디자인 특성과 방문자의 반응에 대해 비교분석하여 특화거리 조성 및 개발 시 행정기관의 역할과 과제에 대한 정책적 시사점을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 하고 있다.
연구방법: 특화된 문화예술특화거리로서 그 특징이 잘 드러나는 대상지로 평가되는 3개소에 대한 예비조사를 통해 장소성과 관련한 물리적 요소 분석틀을 설계하였고, 관련 전문가와 함께 현장조사를 실시하여 대상지의 디자인 특성을 분석하고 평가하였으며, 특화거리의 외부 방문객을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 거리별 반응에 대해 분석하였다.
연구결과: 물리적 환경의 위계개념에 따라 도출한 1차 수직·수평적 요소와 2차 기능적·예술적 요소에서는 이화동, 문래동, 강풀 순으로 나타났다. 또한 대상지 모두 예술적 요소가 가장 높은 점수를 기록하여 문화예술특화거리로서의 특성이 잘 반영되었다고 판단할 수 있다. 다만, 다양한 문화예술활동과 프로그램, 콘텐츠 연계를 통해 방문객의 다양한 이용행태를 이끌어내는 것이 필요함을 알 수 있었다.
결론: 장소성에 기인하는 요인들을 도출한 결과, 첫째, 물리적 개선보다는 지역의 특성을 고려한 문화예술적 요소의 개발에 대한 고려가 필요하다. 둘째, 소프트웨어 측면의 요소들에 대한 지속적인 개발이 중요하다. 셋째, 대상지 선정 시 다양한 상권의 유입 및 주변과의 연계가 원활한 장소를 대상지로 선정하는 것이 효과적이다. 넷째, 주체자의 자발적 참여에 의해 자생적인 발전과 유지가 가능한 시스템이 마련되어야 할 것이다. 이러한 방안은 실질적인 실효성을 높이는 방법이 될 것이다.

영어초록

Background: This study is based to where comparative analysis of the design characteristics aimed at three places of cultural and artistic specialization streets formed in Seoul and visitors of the reaction by presenting the policy implications of the roles and tasks of administrative agencies during specific distances composition and development and that for the purpose.
Methods: As a specialized cultural and artistic specia -lization streets were designed for physical element analytical framework relating to the place and by the preliminary investigation of the three places that evaluates to a destination that features exposed well, to conduct a field survey with experts and analysis of the design characteristics of the site. evaluated, and a survey on the outside of the visitors were specific distance for a distance specific reaction.
Result: In derived hierarchies according to the concept of the physical environment, the primary vertical and horizontal elements and the second functional and artistic elements appeared Ihwa-dong, Mullae-dong, Kang Full order. However, it could be through a variety of cultural and artistic activities and programs, the need to know the content linked to elicit a variety of usage patterns of visitors.
Conclusion: After deriving the factors attributable to where, first, the physical considerations for the development of the culture artistic element in which the characteristics of the area is necessary, rather than improved. Second, the continued development of the elements of the software side is important. Third, it is effective to a destination associated with the inlet and surrounding of the phase winding when selecting various selected locations in a smooth destination. Fourth, it should be the indigenous development and maintenance of a system to raise by voluntary participation of actors. Such an approach will be a practical way to increase effectiveness.
