조정지도자의 리더십 행동유형과 성원만족도, 응집성 및 자신감의 관계 (The Effects of Rowing Coaches’ Leadership Behavior Types on Players’ Satisfaction, Cohesion, and Self-confidence)

초록

본 연구의 목적은 조정 지도자의 리더십 행동유형과 성원 만족도, 응집력 및 자신감의 관계를 규명하는데 있다. 이에 따라 전국 조정선수들을 모집단으로 하여 총 173명을 연구대상으로 설문지법에 의한 직접조사를 실시하여 분석한 결론은 다음과 같다.
첫째, 리더십 행동유형과 성원 만족도, 응집성 및 자신감 관계에 대해서 리더십 행동유형의 하위요인들과 성원만족도의 하위요인들, 응집성의 하위요인들과 자신감의 하위요인들과는 유의한 관련성이 있다.
둘째, 리더십 행동유형과 성원만족도가 응집성에 미치는 영향에 대하여는 사회개인 응집력에 가장 많은 영향을 미치는 하위요인은 긍정적보상행동과 사회적상호작용 만족 요인이다. 또한 사회집단 응집력에 가장 많은 영향을 미치는 하위요인은 사회적지지행동과 사회적상호만족이고, 과제개인 응집력에 가장 많은 영향을 미치는 하위요인은 훈련과지시행동, 과제수행만족이며, 과제집단 응집력에 가장 많은 영향을 미치는 하위요인은 민주적행동과 과제수행만족 요인이다.
셋째, 리더십 행동유형과 성원만족도가 자신감에 미치는 영향에 대하여는 능력입증 자신감에 유의한 영향을 미치는 하위요인은 긍정적보상행동 요인뿐이며, 코치지도력과 신체/정신적지지 자신감에 유의한 영향을 미치는 하위요인은 훈련과지시행동 요인뿐이다. 그리고 자신감 요인 중 사회적지지 요인에 대하여는 유의한 영향을 미치는 하위요인이 없다

영어초록

This study closely examined the effects of rowing coaches’ leadership behavior types on players’ satisfaction, cohesion, and self-confidence. The direct survey was carried out by questionnaire targeting totally 120 rowing players nationwide, whom were selected by the non-probability cluster random sampling. Its response results were performed the frequency analysis. As a result of discussing its results through verifying the total, the following conclusions were obtained.
First, as for relationship with leadership behavior type and encouragement satisfaction, cohesion, and self-confidence, it was indicated that there is significant relationship between the sub-factors for leadership behavior type and the sub-factors for encouragement satisfaction and between the sub-factors for cohesion and the sub-factors for self-confidence.
Second, as for the influence of leadership behavior type and encouragement satisfaction upon cohesion, the leadership behavior type and the sub-factor for encouragement satisfaction, which have the greatest influence upon cohesion in social individual, include the e and the sub-factor for encouragemtype and the factor for sociale smutual satisfaction. The leadership behavior type and the sub-factor for encouragement satisfaction, which have the greatest influence upon cohesion in social group, include the social-ership bncouragemtype and the factor for sociale smutual satisfaction. The leadership behavior type and the sub-factor for encouragement satisfaction, which have the greatest influence upon cohesion in task individual, include the training & instruction ncouragemtype and the factor for task satisfaction. It was indicated that the leadership behavior type and the sub-factor for encouragement satisfaction, which have the greatest influence upon cohesion in task group, include the democratic ncouragemtype and the factor for task satisfaction.
Third, as for the influence of leadership behavior type and encouragement satisfaction upon self-confidence, the leadership behavior type, which has the greatest influence upon self-confidence in proving ability, is the factor for positively compensational behavior. The leadership behavior type, which has the greatest influence upon coaching ability and self-confidence in physical/mental support, is the factor for training & instruction behavior.
