초록

The folk tales of Chosunjok are different from the oral folk tales of Chosunjok in the fact that they are the records of oral folk tales collected and published by the civilian authors. The oral folk tales of Chosunjok were initiated with the formation of Chosunjok in the mid 19 century, but the folk tales of Chosunjok were formed by the publication of Jung Kilwoon's “A Fist Fight” in the Yenben Literature in 1954. Though the material of the folk tales of Chosunjok was the oral folk tales, the authorities's guideline and the author's personality and creativity were intervened in the course of collecting and arranging the folk tales.
The folk tales of Chosunjok lost the oral folk tales's quality and acquired the author's creative quality. The sentences lost the colloquial style and acquired the literary style. The focus of the story was changed from the main character's plot into various characters's complex accidents. The characters's situations and personality were also changed from simple in an explanation into concrete and complex in various accidents. Other oral materials such as folksongs and proverbs were inserted in some cases and different types of stories were inserted and mixed to make new stories in other cases.
