Introduction of DAEWOO: DAEWOO Corporation was founded in 1967 as DAEWOO Industry co. and under its goal as ‘World Management’ they did the 2ndheir 41companies restructured themselves and it became 10 companies. Actually, it didn’t make any succeed so that they decided their company in liquidation.

Comparing to what he declared for this situation, he didn’t get out of the political lobby: he consisted his loaning management and it affected its debt ratio increasing.
a had national debts, he thought about undertaking Ssangyong Motors and Samsung Motors. Also, Kim Woo Jung monopolized management information and it affected to the leader’s decision making. This can be the weak point of DAEWOO.
