These kinds of comfort and sympathy books are always at the top of the best-seller list. The reason for this is that people are stressed about various things like their relationships, test scores, and work circumstances. Stress is why people have no choice but to depend on a book. Everyone knows that stress is not good for both our mind and body, so we need do things to stay calm and positive. So what are the ways you reduce stress? I mean your own ways, not the ideas of other people in books. I’m going to write about the methods I use to relieve stress. My methods for relieving stress are sharing my feelings with my favorite people, writing about all the things that are bothering me, and doing the hobbies that I really love.
