Abstract It was possible by querying minute quantification of ramen, and wearing a quantification method of inquiry worth, to know whether or not there how much towards the search of ramen we eat everyday. The ash content, refers to ash remaining after burning, is called a mineral amount. Towards the query of ramen was using a direct conversation methods do not need what is reagent. As a result, it became 1.93 percent. It was possible to know the amount of display content of the ramen now.
