유아교육의 질적 수준은 교사의 질적 수준에 더욱 많이 의존하고 있음을 고려할 때 교사의 교수
능력과 수업 기술을 향상시키는 장학은 수업의 질 향상을 위해 중요한 역할을 한다고 볼 수 있다.
장학이 성공적으로 이루어지려면 장학의 주체가 되는 장학사와 교사간의 긴밀한 관계 형성과 효율
적인 협의가 바탕이 되어야 한다. 이를 위해서 장학의 평가는 교사가 신뢰하고 장학을 적극적으로
받아들일 수 있도록 과학적이고 일관성 있어야 하므로 장학 평가를 위한 구체적이고 객관적인 수
업평가 기준표를 개발할 필요가 있다. 이러한 수업평가 기준표는 장학사에 의한 장학뿐 아니라 유
치원에서 많이 실시되는 자기장학, 동료장학등 원내 자율장학을 위한 객관적이고 효율적인 평가도
구로도 사용될 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 유치원 수업 중 편게임 수업을 선정하여 객관적으로
수업을 평가할 수 있는 기준표를 개발하고 그것을 장학의 여러 형태 중 임상장학에 적용하는 실제
를 살펴보았다. 편게임 수업평가 기준표는 일차예비도구 개발, 이차 예비도구 개발을 거쳐 최종적
으로 개발하였으며 계획 차원, 실행Ⅰ(교수전략) 차원, 실행Ⅱ(학급운영) 차원, 평가 차원의 항목
이 포함되어 있다. 개발된 편게임 수업평가 기준표는 임상장학 모형에 따라 장학을 실시할 때 장학
을 위한 평가도구로 활용하였다. 그 결과 수업회차가 증가함에 따라 평가 기준표에 의한 긍정적인
점수가 증가하였고, 사후 협의회에서의 진술을 통해서도 편게임 수업평가 기준표의 효과를 확인할
수 있었다.

영어 초록

Scholarship to improve teachers' teaching ability and their lesson technology plays an
important role to raise lessons' quality, considering that qualitative level of young children's
education depends on teachers' qualitative level very much. To achieve a successful scholarship,
school inspectors who are subjects of scholarship and teachers should have a close relation and
an efficient conference with each other. Therefore, evaluation of scholarship should be scientific
and consistent so that teachers may trust accept scholarship positively. To achieve it, a standard
chart of a concrete and objective lesson evaluation to evaluate scholarship has the necessity to
be developed. Such a standard chart of lesson evaluation can be used to be an objective and
efficient instrument of evaluation for in-kindergarten self-control scholarship as self-scholarship,
colleague scholarship and more enforced for the most part in kindergartens as well as
scholarship by school inspectors. Therefore, the purpose of the study was to develop a standard
chart to evaluate an objective lesson by selecting team game lessons out of kindergarten lessons
and to examine reality applying the standard chart to scholarship in various ways. The study
developed the final standard chart of team game lesson evaluation through the 1st preliminary
instrument development and the 2nd preliminary instrument development, including items as
stage of plan, stage of practiceⅠ(Teaching strategy), stage of practiceⅡ(Class operation) and
stage of evaluation. The developed standard chart of team game lesson evaluation was utilized
to be an instrument of evaluation for scholarship at the time of enforcing scholarship according
to three-stage model of clinical scholarship. As the result, an affirmative scores by the standard
chart of evaluation were increased according to lesson frequency was increased and the study
could confirm an effect by the standard chart of team game lesson evaluation through
statement in a post-conference.
