Abstract

한국어 초록

본 연구는 사전실습에서 예비교사들이 무엇을 경험하고, 어떤 정서를 경험하는 지를 살펴봄으로써 사전실습을 실시할 때 교육내용에 대한 합의된 기준을 마련하고 어떤 정서적 지원을 해야 되는지에 대한 기초를 제공하고자 한다. 본 연구의 대상은 D시에 위치한 C대학교 유아교육과 3학년 40명이다. 11번의 참관 및 보조교사를 한 후, 사전실습이 이루어지는 동안 무엇을 경험했는지, 무엇을 느꼈는지에 대해 자유롭게 서술하게 하였다. 사전실습에서 경험한 교육내용은 범주를 구성하여 내용을 분석하였고 정서는 내용분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과 예비교사들이 사전실습에서 경험한 교육내용은 총 1157개의 메시지가 분석되었고 유아의 행동과 발달에 대한 이해, 유아교사의 교수활동 원리에 대한 이해, 실습생의 어려움에 대한 이해, 유아교육기관의 물리적 환경, 교재/교구의 제작 및 활용법에 대한 이해, 유아교육프로그램 운영에 대한 이해, 유아교사의 다양한 역할 이해, 학교에서 배운 이론의 적용에 대한 이해, 유아교육현장의 상황과 문제에 대한 이해, 유아교사의 직업정신이나 윤리에 대한 이해, 청소 및 정리정돈의 순서로 경험하였다. 사전 실습하는 동안 느낀 정서는 뿌듯함과 자신감, 부러움, 뉘우침, 당황스러움, 걱정과 긴장, 안타까움의 정서였다. 앞으로 체계적인 사전실습을 위해서 교육내용에 대한 합의가 필요하며 예비교사들의 정서를 기초로 한 전문적인 지지가 필요하다.

영어 초록

This study was to analyze the pre-service teachers' educational contents and emotion during the pre-student teaching. In order to do so, I would like to see if there is a correlation between educational materials or subjected learned in the classroom, their actual growth and development from their surrounding environment. And I would like to provide emotional support that the students need. The participants of this study are 40 students who are in the teacher preparation program of C University in D. They described what they experienced and how they felt during pre-student teaching after 11 occurrences of observation and participation. The analysis of the content was done. Through the students' experience, pre-service teachers were able to understand the children's behaviors and gauge their development. Additionally, the students were able to understand the teachers' teachings, the kindergartens' environments along with the materials available, and recognize the complex situation that the children were in. Through their experience, the students were able to recognize the assistant teachers' position and in addition, understand their teachers' various roles. The student were able to utilize what they had learned from school and apply them into real-life situations. This in turn, allowed them to understand the problems that their teachers face in reality. Their was a distinct improvement noted as the students developed their identities as student-teachers. They understood the professional frame of mind, ethics, clean up, and even tidying away. The students had emotion for example, self-content and self-confidence, envy, penitence, confusion, concern and tension, frustration. In order for the students to have a systematic pre-service teaching experience, we as educators need to acknowledge the correlation and provide them with professional support on the basis of their emotion.
