Introduction
I’m going to analyse HP with a critical point of view. So, first of all I need to that how HP manages their members and which way they operate their company. HP has own way which is called The HP way. It is as follows. They usually work all opinions together with all members and to approach their goals they let them understand what all members have to do. Also, as they allow making a decision themselves, they strive with all members for their goals. This is HP way, they regard their goals first.
- All members are inspired the mind of an enterpriser who challenges to new tasks and innovation resolutely.
- An enterprise divides the profits together and rewards correctly based on the evaluation of results.
- They regard the open-hearted communication and teamwork as an important thing.
- They create communal organisation-culture as don’t fire one-sidedly and believe their members.
The special feature of HP way, which what we can know, is their courteous belief relationship within company. Although what a company has belief among members is intangible property, it would be the most powerful competitiveness to set up a distinction between other companies.
