Moreover, Four Seasons’ has 40 years of experience providing high-end luxury hospitality services through its 82 hotels in 34 countries, the services and quality and the employees are continues to get stronger. Over nearly 50 years, Four Seasons Hotel built their hotel image, trust and connection with their guests (Four Seasons Hotel, 2011). The strength of the brand had become a promise of a quality of life.
