본문내용
The process of pregnancy is miracle and mystery. It is written, “Just as you do not know the path of the wind, or how the body is formed in a mother`s womb, so you cannot understand the work of God, the Maker of all things.” (Ecclesiastes 11:5) I think that pregnancy is the best gift of the Creator. Moreover, God give human beings a command “Be fruitful and multiply, and fill the earth.” (Genesis 1:28) However, barrenness seems to make women unhappy. Many women have suffered mentally and physically because of barrenness. In the past, barrenness was a much bigger problem than today.

The story of Hagar and Sarah is not just about Hebrew and Egyptian people, but it is related to us. This story exposes the many hidden pain and bad memories of the history between black and white women. Moreover, this story is not limited to pain and memories, and it also reveals class stratification. The stroy is about the position of the discriminated, neglected, and exploited.
