Experiment 1. (Comparison with premixing; Fe:Cu = 2:1 & 1:1)
Boll milling with Fe and Cu powder (Fe weight : Cu weight = 10g:5g & 7.5g:7.5g)
Pressing the mixing powder in weight of 7g each.
Sintering them in 1100℃ and 1000℃ for 15minuet.
Polishing them and examining their microstructure and hardness.
Experiment 2. (Premixing)
Mixing Fe and Cu powder in Cu weight ratio of 5, 13 and 20% each grub.
Boll milling with Fe and Cu powder premixed.
Pressing the mixing powder in weight of 7g each.
Sintering them in 1200℃, 1300℃ and 1400℃ for 15minuet.
Polishing them and examining their microstructure and hardness.
Experiment 3. (Surface infiltration)
Boll milling with Fe and Cu powder each.
Pressing Fe powder in weight of 7g.
Measuring density of Fe pressed.
Putting Cu powder on the Fe pressed in weight ratio of 5, 13 and 20% each grub.
sintering them in 1200℃, 1300℃ and 1400℃ for 15minuet.
Measuring density of them.
Polishing them and examining their microstructure and hardness.
