Brain을 제외한 모든 신경조직
a) Peripheral polyneuropathy
(1) most common & usually bilateral
(2) Sx. : numbness, paresthesis, severe hyperesthesia,
& pain (severe, night, 찌르는 듯함)
(3) X-ray : loss of arch with multiple fractures of tarsal bones
(4) early signs : Stretch reflex(-), loss of vibratory sence, Hypothyroidism에서 delay return of ankle reflex, propioceptive fiber 침범시 보행이상, charcot joint
b) Mononeuropathy
: sudden wrist drop, foot drop, or paralysis of the third, fourth, or sixth cranial n., recurrent laryngeal n.
: 몇주안에 자연회복
c) Radiculopathy
: sensory syndromes in which pain occurs over the distribution os one or more spinal nerves. usually in the chest wall or abdomen
: DDx : Herps zoster, Acute abdomen
: 자연회복
