본 연구의 목적은 교사의 수업설계 전문성을 체계적으로 개발시킬 수 있는 교육프로그램을개발하는 것이다. 이를 위해 우선 교사에게 요구되는 수업설계 전문성의 본질을 규명하기 위해전문가 심층면담과 수업설계 전문성 비교연구(숙련-초임-예비교사의 수업설계 사고발화 비교분석)를 실시하였다. 교사의 수업설계 전문성 개발을 위한 교육프로그램의 구체적 내용과 과정(방법)은 앞 단계에서 규명된 수업설계 전문성으로부터 도출하였으며||| 타당성과 적용가능성 등을 평가하고 교육현실에 맞게 수정 보완하였다. 교사에게 요구되는 수업설계 전문성의 본질을규명한 결과||| 교사들은 수업설계의 이론적 원리와 절차적 기능을 학교 수업 맥락과 상황에 적합하고 유연하게 적용할 수 있어야한다. 구체적으로||| 교사들은 수업에 영향을 미치는 수많은요인들을 종합적으로 검토하고 효과적인 수업을 위해 필요한 요소 또는 대상(내용||| 목표||| 방법|||평가 등)들을 반복 통합 순환하며 학교 수업 현실과 상황에 최적하게 구체화 정교화 보완할 수있어야한다. 또한 이미 결정한 설계적 판단도 체계적인 점검 평가 성찰을 통해 계속해서 보완하며||| 여러 대안적 방법을 다양하게 모색할 수 있어야한다. 앞서 규명된 수업설계 전문성과 더불어 관련 모형||| 이론||| 연구를 종합하여 프로토타입 개발-평가-수정 절차를 거쳐 최종 교육프로그램을 개발하였다. 최종 개발된 프로그램의 특징은 첫째||| 수업설계 전문성 개발에 필요한 학습내용(요소)은 크게 8가지이며||| 학습과정은 크게 ‘설계-실행-성찰-학습-재설계’의 과정으로 진행된다. 둘째||| 수업설계 이론 학습과 적용(재설계)을 분리시키지 않으며||| 수업설계 이론적 지식과수업설계 경험이 통합된다. 셋째||| 학습과정은 순차적이지 않고 설계 및 실행한 수업의 성찰을토대로 학습-적용(재설계)-평가 및 성찰-재설계의 과정으로 순환된다. 마지막으로||| 학습은 설계에 대한 성찰을 통해 자신의 수준을 보완하는 방향에서 이루어지며||| 설계-성찰-학습한 이론은재설계에서 통합된다.

영어 초록

The purpose of the present research was to develop the educational program for teachers'instructional design expertise. To accomplish this goal||| the nature of teachers' instructional designexpertise was identified as expert review and expert-novice comparative research. Based on the natureof teachers' instructional design expertise||| the prototype of educational program was developed andrevised by expert review. As a result of the research||| instructional design expert emphasized on thefact that the principles and procedure of instructional design model are applied and connected withinstruction at school. Experienced teachers reviewed and predicted factors that are influenced byinstruction||| repeating the instructional design process||| and designing instructional strategies that areappropriate to various instructional situations based on his or her experience. Combining the results|||they come to make a conclusion that teachers must be adept at applying essential theoretical principlesand procedural skills of instructional design to instructional situations flexibly. According to the results|||the prototype of educational program was developed and revised by expert review. At the first stage|||learning components of the prototype were selected from the results of expert review and expert-novicecomparative research. At the second stage||| the results of first stage||| instructional design model adaptedschool||| and the previous research result from teacher's instructional design practice were integrated todevelopment of learning components for teacher's instructional design expertise improvement. At thethird stage||| learning process was designed to design-action-reflection-learning-redesign based on theexperienced teachers' practice of instructional design and the development of expertise. At the fourthstage||| the shortcomings and improvements of prototype's learning components and process weredetected by expert review. Finally||| educational programs were developed as a following order the processof pretest||| first-design||| action(option)||| reflection||| learning & redesign||| final design||| and reflection.
