본 연구는 대한골프선수들의 스트레스가 스포츠 자신감과 경쟁상태 불안에 미치는 영향을 규명하고자 수행되었다. 전국에 소재하고 있는 K, Y, J, K 대학교에 소속된 남자 골프 선수들을 대상으로(N=222) 그들의 경력과 군 입대 여부에 따른 측정요인들의차이를 규명하고, 스트레스, 스포츠 자신감, 경쟁 상태불안의 하위요인들의 관계를 상관관계와 다중회귀분석을 통해 알아보았다.스트레스와 스포츠 자신감과의 인과관계 분석 결과 스포츠 자신감 중 능력입증 요인은 상황스트레스, 신체 스트레스와 부적 인과관계가 있는 것으로 나타났고, 코치 지도력의 경우 상황스트레스, 신체 스트레스와 부적 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났으며 신체/정신적 준비는 신체 스트레스, 상황 스트레스와 부적 인과관계가 나타났다. 스트레스와 경쟁상태 불안과의 인과관계를 살펴보면, 인지불안과 신체불안 모두 심리 스트레스와 정적 인과관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다.

영어 초록

The purpose of this study was to understand the level of stress factors on college male golfers and the effect of the stresson competitive state anxiety and sports confidence. Male golfers(N=222) from K, Y, J, K university were selected as subjects forthis study, and the Stress factor test, Sports Confidence and Competitive State Anxiety Questionnaire were used to analyse thedata. The results were as follows. Firstly, after analyzing the level of stress by individual characteristic variable, lesser careerexperience showed higher level of stress. Secondly, as to level of sports confidence by individual characteristic variable, golferswho had career experience of 6 to 10 years showed higher level of sports confidence. Golfers who had military exemption orgolfers who were about to join military showed higher sports confidence than the other group. Thirdly, the lesser the careerexperience golfers had, the higher the level of physical and cognitive anxiety. Fourthly, in causal relationship between stress andsports confidence, there was negative causal relationship between stress and confirming ability in sequence of situation stress andphysical stress, and also there was negative causal relationship between situation stress and social support. There was negativecausal relationship between stress and coach ability in sequence of situation stress and physical stress, and also negative causalrelationship was shown between stress and physical/mental readiness in sequence of physical stress and situation stress. In causalrelationship between stress and competitive state anxiety, both social cognitive anxiety and physical anxiety had positive causalrelationship with stress.
