12.1: Types of solutions
*solution: homogeneous mixture
*saturated solution: contains the maximum amount of a solute that will dissolve in a given solvent at a specific temperature.
*Unsaturated solution: contains less solute than it has the capacity to dissolve
*supersaturated solution: contains more solute than is present in a saturated solution
*crystallization: process in which dissolved solute comes out of solution and forms crystals

-types of interactions: solvent-solvent, solute-solute, solvent-solute
-three steps of being a solution
1. separation of solvent molecules
2. separation of solute materials
3. solvent and solute molecules mix
