One of the important factors affecting water quality is the unrichment of nutrient in water bodies (Romanski et al. 1997)
Discharging waste water with high levels of phosphorus (P) and nitrogen (N) can result in eutrophication of receiving waters, particularly lakes and slow moving rivers (Sundblad et al., 1994)
Biological process are a cost effective and environmentally sound alternative to the chemical treatment of wastwater (Osee Myima et al., 1997)
The temperature dependence of biological reaction rate constants is very important when assessing the overall efficiency of a biological treatment process
