Introduction
Along with the development of the internet, new industry which doesn`t care about the spatial-temporal restrictions has been arisen. Especially E-Business industry has been grown rapidly.
We decided to analyze about Megastudy which has achieved a large proportion of on-line education market.
Domestic on-line education industry is rapidly growing. And Megastudy has a solid position in education market. Megastudy is estimated that it has a win-win system which makes a good advantages for not only company but also students and lecturers. Also, recently the government is trying to break down the inequality of educational opportunity between capital area and country sides and is emphasizing e-learning system. Based on these situations Megastudy seems to be a promising company. And we want to find out the company`s weaknesses and consider about several marketing alternatives that the company can make for their success.
