본문내용

(NCV)Nerve conduction velosity
목 적 : 근전도와 신경전도 검사는 근육과 신경의 전기적 활동을 기록, 해석함으로써
아래와 같은 질환의 진단에 유용하다.

a. Muscle disease가 의심
(주로 근육의 근위부의 대칭성 weakness, atrophy등)
b. Neuromuscular junction disorder
(Myasthenia gravis, Lumberk-Eayon syndrome)
c. Peripheral neuropathy
(사지말단 부위의 이상감각, 감각소실, 군육위축, 건반사소실 등이
있는 경우)
d. Radiculopathy
(흔히 disc 등이 의심되는 경우)
e. Anterior horn cell disease의심되는 경우
- NCV & EMG를 하면 각 질병마다 어느 정도 특징적인 소견이 있어
clinical finding을 뒷받침해주나 절대적인 것은 아니다.

1. 전처치

․검사시간이 길고 불편감을 유발 할 수 있으며 바늘전극을 주입할 때 또는 환자가
체위를 변경할 때
통증이 있음을 사전에 알려준다.
․지정된 시간에 손발을 씻은 후 차트와 함께 10층 근전도실로 보낸다.
