You also need to get time to relax. You can spare time to exercise and perform therapies such as yoga, which “teaches us ways of establishing harmony among the various sides of life” (Principles and Practice of Stress Management 2nd edition 1993: 96). Conducting many kinds of therapy also lets you control your blood pressure as known as one of the major factors of stress and even heart disease.
