실험 방법Urea-formaldehyde 수지의 합성 방법
(1) 35% Formaldehyde 0.024 mol 을 둥근 플라스크에 투입, aqueous ammonia를 이용하여 pH가 7.5 ~ 8.5로 조절한다.(2) 반응기를 65 °C 로 승온 시킨 후 1시간 동안 교반 및 가열을 실시한다.(3) (2)의 혼합물을 교반시키면서 urea 0.02 mol 을 첨가하고, 1시간동안 100 °C가 되도록 천천히 승온을 실시한다.
