I think there are two main risks to the supply chain of fruits and vegetables. The first is the condition of fruits and vegetables. Companies that receive products must receive products in good condition. This is to induce and satisfy consumers' purchases. If the supply of fruits and vegetables is too late, the fruit may ripen too much, shorten the intake period and spoil the vegetables. To solve this problem, it is to manage the supply chain thoroughly, or to choose the domestic supply chain rather than overseas if supply is inevitably delayed. Risk can be minimized if replaced with other products through domestic supply chains.
