Ⅱ theory
• Definition of supercritical fluid(SCF)
A supercritical fluid is defined as a "fluid that existed above critical temperature and pressure". And If any solvent is in the supercritical state, it gets characteristics that didn't appear in the ordinary solvent.
• To list of the kinds of SCF
Supercritical carbon dioxide, Supercritical water, Supercritical methanol, Supercritical ammonia, Supercritical benzene.

• To list briefly SCF’s properties which are different from those of gas and liquid
Gas and liquid are changed by temperature and pressure. But, SCF is exceed critical temperature and pressure. So no matter how much pressure and heat are applied, it does not change into a liquid or gas.
• Practical applications of SCF
SCF is usually used for the extraction of specific materials and components.
