As society and civic consciousness have been developed, people made national institution called government. Moreover, the government made systematic laws and gave rights to people. However, although systematic laws and systems were made, there are laws of controversy among people. One of them is death penalty system. It is punishment depriving life of a person who commits the most vicious crime, and the death penalty system is decriminalized in many country, however, it is taken effect on controversy in many countries. This essay will argue that death penalty system should be abolished by talking about crime rates and social anxiety, dignity of human being.
