→ IKEA’s key competitive advantages are low cost structure, corporate culture, Do-it-yourself approach, added amenities, brand image, and strong focus on sustainability. Low cost structure is very essence of its success and makes IKEA keep the company profitable. Corporate culture means that IKEA values antibureaucracy in its operating, and follows worker and environmental protection rules. In short, it is “The IKEA way”. This valuable culture makes IKEA’s employees feel happy to work and have strong loyalty to IKEA.
